What counts as a request?

A single chat completion that goes through the Smartify gateway. Memory reads and writes performed inside that completion are not metered separately.

What happens if I exceed 1,000 requests on Starter?

We’ll let you know as you approach the cap. You can upgrade to Business for unlimited requests at any time, with no migration or downtime.

Can I bring my own API keys?

Yes. Bring-your-own-key (BYOK) is supported on every plan—your provider bills you directly for tokens, and Smartify only meters the value-add (memory + compression).

How does the free trial work?

14 days and 500 gateway requests, no credit card required. We’ll email you as you approach the request cap so you can upgrade to Starter or Business before you’re cut off.
